 After placing your order, you will receive an email with the exact details of your order and the value that will be debited from your payment card.

 Incase there is an unexpected delay or unavailability for your order, we will contact you for an immediate refund or a delayed delivery.

 Gardenia Hafiz’s acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you.

 Your order will not be accepted in case the product is out of stock or your payment wasn’t authorized.

PRICING

 At Gardenia Hafiz, you may choose between Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR), or US Dollar (USD) as your preferred currency.

 Gardenia Hafiz offers our customers the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) system, which means that you will be charged for the items purchased plus shipping cost and any import duty and tax liable as part of your order.

 

PAYMENT

 Payment will be debited from your account upon dispatch of your order.

 You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Payment card to use it. All Payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

 If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Gardenia Hafiz will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

 In the absence of negligence on our part, Gardenia Hafiz cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 Should a client not be satisfied with their purchase, they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the product(s).

 Items on Sale and bespoke items (made to order) are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

 The returned product should be in its original state without any defects and including all tags attached.

 Gardenia Hafiz will not refund buyer if the product wasn't returned as mentioned.

 A refund will be credited to the purchaser’s payment card excluding shipping costs. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

 Kindly note that exchanges or returns will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore they are applicable for duty and tax again.
