Saudi Arabia: 1-2 working days
GCC: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 Orders are shipped 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and Saudi Arabia’s Public Holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 Should a client not be satisfied with their purchase, they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the product(s).

 Items on Sale and bespoke items (made to order) are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 The returned product should be in its original state without any defects and including all tags attached.

 Gardenia Hafiz will not refund buyer if the product wasn't returned as mentioned.

 A refund will be credited to the purchaser’s payment card excluding shipping costs. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

 Kindly note that exchanges or returns will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore they are applicable for duty and tax again.

 Returns should be sent back in their original packaging. Please ensure the packaging is properly protected when returning the product.
